Part Two - What Was Coming For Me

Doxing or doxxing is the act of publicly providing personally identifiable information about an individual or organization, usually via the internet. Historically, the term has been used interchangeably to refer to both aggregation of this information from public databases and social media websites as well as publication of previously private information obtained through criminal or otherwise fraudulent means (such as hacking and social engineering).

They say you are never too old to try something new, or maybe it’s that you can’t teach an old dog new tricks. Whatever the phrase, I was forced to learn and understand the personal ramifications of this powerful act. On best advice from my team, I sold the cottage. It broke my heart.

Several months ago, coaxed out of the ball I was curled up in I returned one last time and sat down with a dear friend. We talked life and how is we even get to some of these places. We talked the meaning of home, then and now.
